General Information
Subscribe: You must be subscribed to the app to be able to use it. You may subscribe through your Back Office or through the Customer Support Team by entering a Support Ticket or calling 681-655-2431.

Download: Visit your app store to download and install the app (Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone) or you may download it through www.surge365mobile.com.

Access: To access and use the app, you must log in. Your log in information is the same as the username and password you use for your Surge365 Back Office.

Menu and Profile
After installing the app, click on the Menu button at the top right (three horizontal lines). This is your main Menu option. Under that Menu option there is a ‘Profile’ option.

Make certain that your information is correct as it is what your prospects will see. Your url ending should be under ‘Website URL’ so that contacts can follow the links you send to the sign up page.

Share
This is where your prospecting all starts. To share the business or the travel membership with prospects, start by clicking on ‘Share’ under the Main Menu in the top left corner. Then click on ‘Send Message.’

Enter your current prospect’s information manually or from your phone address book. Then click the ‘Next’ button at the top right corner.

There are 4 different messages available to send:

  1. Video offering a free $250 EZ Travel Button (you must have the actual buttons in order to offer this).
  2. Video gauging prospect’s travel interest along with Membership savings, which then leads to you being able to offer an EZ Travel Button if you want to.
  3. Video on making money, geared towards people who have some network marketing experience.
  4. Video on making and saving money, geared towards anyone.

You may click on a message to read it before sending to your prospect.

If you have entered both a phone number and an email for a prospect, the app will ask you if you want to send the message via email, text, or both. The message will be sent to your prospect by the method you have chosen.

After the message is sent, you will be asked if you want to set a contact follow-up reminder with four options: Yes-24 hours, Yes-3 days, Yes-7 days or No. If you select a follow up reminder, the app will push a notification to you when it is time to follow up with your prospect.

If you click on the prospect, you can view your reminder, whether your prospect has viewed the information that you sent and the history of messages/invitations you have sent to the individual.

You can also add Notes to a prospect’s profile.

You will receive immediate notification if a prospect watches the video or requests more information.

Videos
This section is for providing additional information to your prospects whom you have already sent the initial ‘share’ message to (see ‘Share’ section above). The Videos button offers three options: Presentations, Stories and Test Drives. Each of these videos is sharable with prospects by clicking on ‘Share’ located on the top right corner of each video. The idea is to peak their interest through the ‘Share’ section and then follow up with additional videos that might be of interest to your prospect.  You’ll want to watch all these short videos so you can become familiar with what you have so you can provide the best information possible to help your prospect make a positive decision!

Enroll
Clicking on Enroll allows you to sign up a prospect right from the mobile app.

Alerts
The Alerts option allows you to view messages or alerts that you may have missed. If the alert has a yellow/gold star next to it, it is a message that you have not yet read. Messages only remain for 30 days; check the Alerts option frequently.

3-Way Call
The process for placing a 3-way call (with you, another team member/leader and your prospect) is as follows: Click on the 3-Way button, then ‘Add New Helper’ and input the User Name of your team member/leader who will be your helper on the call (who must also have the Surge365 mobile app installed). Once you do so, a 3-Way call request is sent to your helper.

If they agree to join your call, there will be an option in red by their name that says ‘Request Call.’ Click and your team member/helper with have four options: Yes-Right Now, Yes-in 15 Minutes, Yes-in 30 minutes, or No. You then set up a 3-way conference call manually with your prospect and helper.

The search function is available as your list of helpers grows.

Events
The Events option allows you to set up events through a calendar. You may schedule and keep track of events and invite your prospects or clients to the event through the app.

When you add an event, you can input the name/title of the event, the date and time, details (such as guest speakers or more information), category (such as home meeting, conference call, etc.), whether or not it is a public event and more. As noted, you can click ‘Invite’ and invite your prospects to the event right from the app.

The person who accepts your invitation to the event will get reminders one day, one hour, and 15 minutes prior to the event, as well as mapping/directions. You, as the event host, will get confirmation that the individual plans to attend.

Back Office
Clicking on Back Office will take you to your normal Back Office log in screen where you will enter your log in information to gain access.

Academy
The Academy option (after logging in with your information) provides access to Back Office training options.
