Customer Service Week – October 3-7, 2016
Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. In 1992 the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October. The five core goals of Customer Service Week are:
► Boost morale, motivation and teamwork.
► Reward Customer Service Reps for the important work they do all year.
► Raise company-wide awareness of the importance of customer service.
► Thank other departments for their support.
► Remind customers of the commitment to customers’ satisfaction.
The Surge365 Customer Service Team is committed to providing our valuable SBAs and Vortex owners with the best possible customer service! Surge365 uses this week to show our Customer Service Team appreciation, to recognize their efforts in providing great service, and to show that we value those contributions!
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will be celebrating throughout the week, so please note that phones will be unavailable Tuesday, October 4 from 2:50 pm CT to close of business and on Thursday, October 6 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm CT. We appreciate your patience during this time as we celebrate your Surge365 Customer Service Team.
