Website Maintenance
All of the Surge365 websites will be taken offline tomorrow morning starting at 7:00 am CT for the Vortex launch. Once the launch has completed we will send an email to notify you that the websites are back online. We appreciate your patience.

Special Customer Service Hours Tomorrow
To facilitate the Vortex launch, the Surge365 Support Department will be open tomorrow, Wednesday, May 25 from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm CT. Regular Customer Service hours resume on Thursday, May 26.

Customer Sign-up Reminder
The Customer registration site is currently down until the launch of the Vortex is complete.
